All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We currently ship to all international destinations.

- International Shipping: Shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Local Delivery Options
For customers residing in Slovenija, we offer local delivery services.
- Local Delivery: Delivered within 2-3 business days.
- In-Store Pickup: Buy online and pick up in-store at Tomačevo 1.
You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.
Returns, Changes, and Cancellations
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
