Are your parts genuine OEM?
Yes. Every part we sell is a genuine OEM (original) spare part, sourced directly from the manufacturer — Beta parts come from Beta Motor S.p.A. in Italy, and we also supply original spare parts for TRS, Sherco and Electric Motion. With over 10,000 parts in our catalogue, you get exact factory fit and quality, not aftermarket copies.
Which brands and models do you cover?
We carry official spare parts for the full Beta range — RR (2T & 4T), Xtrainer, EVO trial, RX motocross, Alp adventure, Minitrial and RR 4T LC — as well as TRS, Sherco and Electric Motion. How do I find the right part for my motorcycle?
Use our Parts Finder — select your brand, model and year to open an interactive exploded-view diagram and pick the exact part you need. If you already know the OEM part number, just type it into the search bar. Not sure? Send us your model, year and frame/VIN number and we'll identify the part for you.
How do I read the parts diagrams?
Each model is split into official exploded-view diagrams by assembly group (engine, chassis, electrical, suspension, etc.). Every component has a reference number — click the number on the diagram to see that part's details, price and availability, then add it straight to your cart.
The part I need isn't listed — can you still get it?
Very likely yes. Our online catalogue covers the core range, but we can order almost any original part directly from the manufacturer. Contact us with the model, year and OEM number (or a photo) and we'll check availability and lead time.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide, and how much does it cost?
Yes — we offer worldwide shipping from our warehouse in Europe, with free shipping on EU orders over €250. Shipping options and rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. Most European orders arrive within 2–5 business days, while international orders typically take 5–12 business days depending on the destination and may be subject to local import duties or taxes (the recipient's responsibility). How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also see your order status any time under your account.
A part shows as out of stock — can I still order it?
In most cases, yes. Many OEM parts are supplied on backorder directly from the manufacturer, so you can still place your order — we'll confirm the expected lead time. If a part is genuinely unavailable, we'll let you know and suggest an alternative.

Returns & warranty

What is your return policy?
You can return unused parts in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Electrical components and special-order items may have different conditions. Please contact us before returning any parts so we can guide you. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
I received the wrong or a faulty part — what now?
We're sorry — that shouldn't happen. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the part, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away. Genuine OEM parts also carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects.

Payments & VAT

Are prices shown with VAT, and can I get an invoice?
Yes — all prices are shown in EUR including EU VAT, and you'll receive a valid VAT invoice with your order. EU-registered businesses can contact us regarding intra-EU VAT handling. For orders shipped outside the EU, VAT may be deducted or local taxes applied at the destination.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the major payment methods available at checkout, including credit and debit cards and common digital wallets. All payments are processed securely.

Do you offer B2B pricing for workshops and dealers?
Yes. We offer dedicated B2B pricing and terms for motorcycle workshops, service centres and dealers who regularly order OEM parts — including volume discounts, priority order processing and a dedicated contact.
